Shipping charges

Standard US shipping is $9.99 for orders below $49 and free for orders of $49 or more. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

Delivery

Shipping availability and charges are shown at checkout. If you need a part by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Where we ship

We ship inside the United States only. If checkout shows no rate for an address, we cannot ship that order.

Tracking

You receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when the parcel leaves. The number can take up to 24 hours to activate.

Damage or non-delivery

If a part arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us immediately. If a tracked parcel never arrives, email the order number and we will open a carrier trace.
