Membership Agreement
Effective date: September 26, 2026
This Membership Agreement governs any membership, loyalty or rewards program offered by Auto Parts Hall, operated by ARBITBOX LLC. By joining, you agree to this Agreement and to our Terms of Service.
Enrollment
Membership is open to individuals 18 years or older with a valid US shipping address. One membership per person. We may refuse or cancel membership for abuse, fraud or violation of our terms.
Benefits
Member benefits, such as points, member pricing, early access or free shipping thresholds, are described on the program page at the time you join. Benefits are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value and may change with notice.
Paid memberships
If a membership has a fee, the price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before you confirm. Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled, as described in our Subscription Policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Points and rewards
Points are earned on eligible purchases after they ship and may be deducted for returned or cancelled orders. Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Points cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
Changes and termination
We may modify or end the program at any time. If we end a paid membership program, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fee.
