Membership Agreement

Effective date: August 2026

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement is between ARBITBOX LLC, trading as Auto Parts Hall, of 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, United States (“Company”, “we”), and the person who creates an account on autopartshall.com (“Member”, “you”).

By creating an account you confirm you have read this agreement and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept both.

2. Definitions

  • Website — autopartshall.com and its checkout, account and related pages.
  • Member — a person 18 or older whose account we have accepted.
  • Products — replacement auto parts and related goods listed on the Website.
  • Account — the login we issue so you can view orders, addresses and saved details.

3. Joining

You must be 18 or older, complete the account form with accurate information, and keep that information current. Membership starts when the account is created. You are responsible for losses that come from false registration details.

Account rights are personal. You may not transfer the account. If two people claim the same account we may ask for identity checks and decide which login stays active.

4. Your obligations

You are responsible for your password and for every order and message sent from the account. Tell us at once at info@autopartshall.com if you think the login has been used by someone else.

Content you upload (reviews, photos, questions) must be lawful, accurate and not abusive. You are liable for it. We may remove it and, where the law requires, share account details with a competent authority.

You will not scrape the catalog, create fake accounts, interfere with the site, or use another member’s login.

5. Orders and payment

Creating an account does not oblige you to buy. When you do place an order, the Billing & Sales Terms, Shipping policy and Refund policy apply. You are responsible for the payment method you use.

Part numbers and vehicle fitment on a listing are as the supplier stated them. Confirm the number and the stated vehicles against your car before you order.

6. Personal data

We process account data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can update or delete details from the account page, or by emailing us. We may disclose information when a competent authority lawfully requires it.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, its software, brand and catalog presentation belong to ARBITBOX LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or republish them. Manufacturer marks on listings belong to those manufacturers.

8. Changes and termination

We may change this agreement by posting the new version here. You may close the account at any time from the account page or by emailing “Close my account” to info@autopartshall.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice. Closing the account does not cancel orders already placed.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages at our hosts or carriers, extreme weather, labour action, or government action.

10. Law

Delaware law governs this agreement. Courts in Delaware have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.

Our system records are evidence of account activity if a dispute arises.
