Thank you for choosing Auto Parts Hall (autopartshall.com). By using this website or placing an order, you enter a binding contract with us. That contract includes these Billing & Sales Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy from it.
To place an order you must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. Registration and checkout information you give us must be true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it that way.

Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page or sent by email. Continued use of the site after a change is posted is acceptance of the new terms.
Payment methods
We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay and any other method displayed there. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Shipping is free on orders we ship inside the United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States, so no customs duties or import VAT apply to our deliveries.
One-time purchases
Your payment method is charged once at checkout. We process the order after payment is confirmed. Auto Parts Hall does not sell subscription or auto-renewing products.
Accounts
Some features ask you to create an account. You are responsible for the password and for activity under that account. Tell us immediately at info@autopartshall.com if you think someone else has used it.
User content
If you post a review, comment or photo, you represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not break the law or someone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with the store. We may remove content that violates these terms.
User guidelines
You agree not to:
- post abusive, illegal or infringing content
- impersonate another person
- transmit malware or interfere with the site
- scrape or access the catalog by automated means without permission
Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos and software on this site belong to ARBITBOX LLC, Auto Parts Hall or their suppliers and are protected by copyright. Do not copy or reuse them without written consent. Manufacturer names, part numbers and vehicle fitment on listings are stated as the supplier provided them.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days of our inspection. Full rules are in the Refund policy (30 days from delivery, unused, original packaging).
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will try to reach you. We do not ship until payment clears.
Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, email info@autopartshall.com before you open a chargeback. We will work through billing problems directly.
Warranty and fitment
The site and the parts are provided as-is except where the law says otherwise. Each listing names the part number and the vehicles the supplier states the part fits. Match that against your car, or match the number on the part you are replacing. We are not liable for a part fitted to a vehicle it was not listed for.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ARBITBOX LLC, its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of the site or the products. Our total liability for claims relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not let us exclude.
Indemnity
You will defend and hold ARBITBOX LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of a third party’s rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard in the courts of Delaware unless a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
