This notice is for California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy of Auto Parts Hall, operated by ARBITBOX LLC.
Information we collect
When you browse or buy we may collect identifiers (name, email, phone, shipping address), commercial information (orders, cart), internet activity (pages viewed, device and IP), and inferences used to run the store. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government ID or precise geolocation as part of ordinary checkout.
We collect this to fulfil orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, improve the catalog, and — where the law allows — measure advertising. Payment card data is handled by Shopify and its processors, not stored in full on our servers.
How we share it
We share personal information with service providers who ship, process payments, host the store and measure ads, only as needed to run Auto Parts Hall. Some advertising cookies can be treated as a “sale” or “share” under California law. You can opt out on Your privacy choices.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your California rights
Subject to legal exceptions, you may:
- know what personal information we have collected, used and shared
- request a copy of it
- ask us to delete it
- correct inaccurate information
- opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
How to use these rights
Email info@autopartshall.com with the subject “California privacy request” and tell us which right you want to use. We will verify the request against the email or order details we already hold. You may use an authorised agent; we will still need to verify you.
We will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time (up to a further 45 days).
