This notice supplements our Cookie & Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire and others as they take effect).

We collect this information from you, your devices, and our service and advertising partners, for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under state law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your rights
- Right to know / access what personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Use the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
- Right to appeal a decision on your request by replying to our response with "Appeal".
How to submit a request
Email info@autopartshall.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and include your name, the email used for orders, your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity by matching information in our records and respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days where permitted). You may use an authorized agent with signed written permission.

California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes once per year by emailing info@autopartshall.com.
