Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return on an unused Auto Parts Hall part.

What we accept

The part must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will need the order number or receipt.

Electrical parts, opened fluids, and parts that were installed, painted, or modified are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email info@autopartshall.com with the order number and the reason. Do not ship a part back until we confirm the return. Parcels sent without a return authorization are not accepted.

Refunds

Once we inspect the returned part, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the part was damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong number.

Warranty

Manufacturer defects are covered for 12 months from delivery. Fitment must still be checked against the part number and the vehicles named on the listing.
