The personal data we process about you will include your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We do not process any financial information about you which is instead processed by Shopify when you place the order. We may process other categories of personal data about you if you provide them to us when you submit an enquiry to us by email or via our website.

We process your personal data on the grounds of fulfilment of our contract with you where you have placed an order with us so that we can provide you with the products you have ordered and liaise with third parties involved in the provision and delivery of those products, as outlined below.

We also process your personal data on the grounds of our legitimate interests where you have submitted an enquiry to us.

Following conclusion of the contract or receipt of your enquiry, we will continue to process your personal data for the retention period set out below so that we can respond to any queries or deal with any issues that may subsequently arise in respect of the services we provide to you. This processing will be carried out on the grounds of our legitimate interests.

3. Marketing

If you are an existing or new customer, We may send you information about products and services similar to those you have purchased from us. 4. Who will receive your personal data?

  • Shopify which will process the payments you make through the website (the “Payment Processors”);
  • Third party providers of financial systems which keep a record of orders placed with us;
  • Third party providers of warehousing systems which process and store your name and delivery details for the purposes of processing and arranging for delivery of your order;
  • Third party distribution services and delivery companies which process your name and address in order to process and deliver the products you have ordered to you.

All personal data is shared in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation.

5. Transfer and storage of your personal data

    • We do not transfer any of your personal data outside of the UK or EEA.
    • Any payment transactions will be made through our Payment Processor which will be responsible for the protection of the information that you provide to them. The Payment Processor’s privacy policy is available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers.
    • Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
    • Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once We have received your information, We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

6. How long will we keep your personal data?

Your personal data is retained for no more than 7 years from the date of the last order you place with us. It is retained for this period in case any issues arise or in case you have any further queries and to enable Us to adopt an annual deletion process. Your information will be kept securely at all times and will be updated where necessary. Following the end of the retention period set out above, your files and personal data We hold about you will be permanently deleted or destroyed.

You benefit from a number of rights in respect of the personal data We hold about you. 7.1 Access to your data

You have the right to ask Us to confirm that we process your personal data, as well as access to and copies of your personal data. You can also ask us to provide a range of information, although most of that information corresponds to the information set out in this fair processing notice.

We will provide the information free of charge unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive or repetitive, in which case we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee. We may also charge you if you request more than one copy of the same information.

We will provide the information you request as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receiving your request. If We need more information to comply with your request, We’ll let you know.

7.2 Rectification of your data

If you believe personal data We hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask Us to rectify that information. We will comply with your request within one month of receiving it, unless we do not feel it is appropriate to do so, in which case we will let you know why. We will also let you know if we need more time to comply with your request.

  • where We no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which We collected it;
  • where We have collected your personal data on the grounds of consent and you withdraw that consent;
  • where you object to the processing and We do not have any overriding legitimate interests to continuing processing the data;

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event within one month from the date We receive it. If We need more time, We will let you know.

  • for direct marketing purposes (including profiling); and/or

7.7 Automated decision making

Automated decision making means making a decision solely by automated means without any human involvement.

We do not carry out any automated decision making using your personal data.

If you think We have processed your personal data unlawfully or that We have not complied with GDPR, you can report your concerns to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
