Domestic Shipping Policy

Please note that there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal issues. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email. Please be aware that orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped out.

Shipping charges are free for all orders.

We use USPS/UPA, DHL, OSM to deliver the product.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Auto Parts Hall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Item Never Received

Customers can contact us by email if they never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the product's status.

Change Of Address

You can change your delivery address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet by reaching out to the customer service team at info@autopartshall.com. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address once the item has been delivered because we are not obligated to do so.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@autopartshall.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
